  I am having an unbelievably bad experience with these people. I placed an order last Wednesday that was over £100, and specified "Next Day Delivery" for which I was charged £8. I got an email confirmation with a tracking number, but the tracking number was invalid at both Royal Mail, and DPD (the carrier they said they said my order was consigned to). Today is Monday (early evening), and not only do I NOT have my order, they don't know where it is. But that's not why I am posting here... I am posting because: 1. The rep I dealt with told me in email, "Our website does not give delivery dates, can I ask where you saw this?" I replied to him with a screenshot of the order page where it clearly says "Next Day Delivery"!!! How can someone in customer support not know this? 2. ThePiHut's only listed telephone number is a "08" number, so that you'll be charged if you call them. Is this the practice for a company that operates on the up and up? I think not.
